Q. How long does it take to get my kitchen knives sharpened?
A. We turn your kitchen knives around in 24hrs and include knife sheaths to protect them. Except Fridays, then you can pick them up on Monday. If you are coming in from out of town and would like a faster turn-around, please call in advance so we can accommodate your request. A $5 rush order fee will apply in some situations.
Q. Do we sharpen Garden Tools?
A. Yes, we clean, oil and sharpen all garden tools. Please click on the Rates link for prices and a list of the most popular items. If your item is not listed, please call for pricing. Depending on the time of year it can take from 3 to 7 business days to complete your order for pickup.
Q. Do we sharpen chainsaw chains?
A. Yes, we sharpen chains every Wednesday. Please drop them off on or before Tuesday so that we can guarantee they are completed for pickup on Thursday. Please do not wait until Wednesday to drop them off as we can’t guarantee that they will be completed due to time constraints.
Q. Do you sharpen animal clipper blades?
A. Yes, we sharpen all types of clipper blades. Prices range depending on size and style. We do these on Wednesdays. Please drop them off on or before Tuesday so that we can guarantee they are completed for pickup on Thursday. Please do not wait until Wednesday to drop them off as we can’t guarantee that they will be completed due to time constraints.
Q. Do we offer Pickup and Delivery service?
A. Yes, we offer Pickup and Delivery service locally for orders of $40 and more. If you are located outside our delivery area a $5 fee will be added to your order. Please call us for quotes and scheduling.
